PREHISTORIC ARTS
9 displays, various formats
An Escalenta – Nova Pista co-production. In recent years, the field of prehistoric research has experienced many upheavals: the refinement of dating and the discoveries of major extra-European sites, particularly in Indonesia, are reshuffling the cards. Prehistoric Art is considered with new attention. Its beauty, but also its diversity and richness, are at the heart of the Musée de l’Homme exhibition.
Nine audiovisual displays in innovative formats punctuate the event at the Musée de l’Homme: video-mapping projections reproducing the painted walls, animated films, data visualization device, newly shot images and archives, pictorial and sound compositions produced by Pascal Goblot, Clio Gavagni, Thierry Bertomeu and Léna Nicollet allow to approach Prehistoric Art in all its facets.
